This video is a compilation of small items that make up the footwear for my medieval costume. Follow along as I knit hose, waterproof some leather shoes, make hose ties, and weave garters.

Fingering weight Rambouillet wool
Naturally dyed with cochineal

Pattern: Surprise Stripes by Anna Johanna

Needles: US 1/ 2.25 mm double-pointed needles

Lucet made by Stephen Willette

Yarn: Fingering weight cotton dyed by me
One dyed with clementine peals
One dyed with dandelion petals

Cord was made holding 2 strands of yarn together.
